REGISTRATION PROCESS

Early Bird registration will open August 11, 2025!

Title I Schools

• Early Bird Registration: $30 per delegate

• Regular Registration: $35 per delegate

Non-Title I Schools

• Early Bird Registration: $35 per delegate

• Regular Registration: $40 per delegate

There are per-delegate fees affiliated with joining us for SwampMUN I, and these fees are decreased if your delegation is affiliated with a Title I school.

To reserve your spot at SwampMUN, you must pay 50% of your Regular Registration invoice balance by the aforementioned deadline. If you have not paid at this point, we will open up our waiting list, and the remaining spots will be first come, first served, upon receipt of 50% payment.

Once 50% of the balance due is paid, the USG of Delegate Affairs will assign the position(s) to the delegate(s) and send out the assignment. Please note that the sooner the payment is made, the more likely it is for the delegate(s) to receive their position preference.

Regular registration will open September 29, 2025, and close October 24, 2025.

Delegates can sign up and owe 50% of their deposit by October 20, 2025, in order to reserve the spot.
