National Parks Service

An emphasis on romanticism and an appreciation for nature helped the United States conceive the National Parks Service. However, issues such as climate change, decreased government support, and decreasing popularity plague the future of America's natural sights, and it is up to multiple National Park Superintendents to ensure that the show goes on. Such challenges require solutions constructed in the form of directives over the course of the conference weekend. The fate of America's Best Ideas lies in the hands of America's Best Superintendents, and I can't wait to meet everyone at SwampMUN II!

DIRECTOR: LILLIAN RODONICH

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Lillian Rodonich is a fourth-year student at the University of Florida studying English and Legal History. She served as the USG of Technology for SwampMUN I and is honored to direct the National Parks Service for SwampMUN II! Her Model UN experience began in her junior year of high school, and she has fallen in love with it ever since. Last year, Lillian was one of the first authors for the Florida Pre-Law Review’s fourth volume. Outside of Model UN, Lillian enjoys watching sports, graphic design, and music.
