What is the Refund Policy?

If the entire delegation stays for the conference, the delegation fee will be refunded.

Furthermore, if a delegate stays the entire weekend, they will receive a $10 refund.

How will this be implemented?

The Chairs will take attendance all weekend. If the delegates attend all their sessions, they will automatically receive a refund at the end. While attending the opening and closing is not required to be eligible, it is highly advised

What is the Refund amount of Early Bird?

Your final cost will be $30 per delegate if everyone stays. The delegation fee will be sent back ($5), along with the $10 for each delegate that attends all the sessions.

What is the Refund amount of Regular Registration?

Your final cost will be $35 per delegate if everyone stays. The delegation fee will be sent back ($10), along with $10 for each delegate that attends all sessions.

What if I know I won't be able to attend a session?

You will need to send an email to ufswampmun@gmail.com by November 6th if you know you will be unavailable for a specific session to be eligible. We will confirm with a follow-up email that we received and approved your request.

What if I have an emergency? Am I still eligible for the refund?

We understand emergencies happen, so if you are unable to attend a session due to family reasons, email us the reason, and we will follow up with you.
